We only ship to the 48 Contiguous United States. We currently do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii and we will not ship outside of the country.

Glass tile and flooring orders ship out of the Chicago-land area. Flooring orders require a phone number so we can organize a day to deliver to you. Most flooring orders are processed within a couple days, but some may take up to a week to ship out. This is due to product stock and the size of the material. If there is an issue with our supplier or shipping partners, we will let you know.  Otherwise, your material is on the way! Vents are finished when orders come in and may take longer to ship out. 

Samples have free shipping. Do not combine samples with other items in the same order. We check every order before sending them out.

We reserve the right to cancel any orders. Cancelled orders will be refunded.
